1. Consultation
Our process begins with an in-depth consultation, scheduled at your convenience.
We typically allocate 1–2 hours for this initial meeting, where we’ll discuss your design vision, preferred layout, material options, and overall goals for the space. This is also an opportunity for us to better understand how you use your space and what matters most to you.
During this visit, we’ll take measurements to ensure your design is tailored precisely to your home.
2. Design & Quotation
Following the consultation, we begin developing your custom design.
This process typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. If additional time is needed, we’ll communicate this clearly with you.
Once the design is complete, we’ll provide an estimate outlining the projected cost of the project.
3. Follow-Up Design Meeting
We’ll then schedule a virtual Google Meet call to walk through the design together.
This meeting allows us to discuss the proposal in detail, answer any questions, and make any necessary adjustments based on your feedback. Once revisions are complete, we’ll send the updated design through for your review.
4. Deposit & Final Design Sign-Off
Once you’re happy with the design and ready to move forward, we require a 60% deposit to secure your project and begin the next phase.
At this stage, we will:
- Create a dedicated WhatsApp group for streamlined communication throughout the project
- Conduct a final site visit to confirm measurements and practical design details
- Refine and finalise all drawings and specifications
You’ll then review and sign off on the final approved design, which officially initiates the manufacturing process.
Our standard lead time from final design approval is typically 6–8 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.
5. Countertop Templating Payment
A second payment of 20% is required on the day your countertop templates are taken.
This milestone will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
6. Installation & Project Completion
Once installation is complete, we’ll walk through the finished project with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.
If there are any adjustments or outstanding items, we’ll address them before final sign-off. Once you’re fully satisfied and the project has been signed off, the remaining final 20% payment will be due.
